Well, I planned to meet my friends, and I thought I could have a perfect family trip. But as everyone knows, because of the coronavirus, I had to stay at home during the Spring Festival.

It didn’t take me much time to feel frustrated, because I’ve always managed to be a scholar. Time is precious, so I want to make the best use of it. Therefore, I made myself a detailed schedule. By strictly performing the schedule, firstly, I built good work habits. Secondly, I chose several books and went through them, some of them are classic and some of them are authoritative in my major. Thirdly, I set aside some time on cooking and indoor sports. I made some cookies and cakes, although the taste was not within my expectation, these interesting small activities made me live a balanced life.

I also paid attention to the social news every day at that time, which inspired me to work harder and think about what I can do for the society when the social crisis comes.

This year’s Spring Festival is really different, but it’s really meaningful.

Secondly, I chose several books and went through them, some of them are classic and some of them are authoritative in my major.

其次，我选了很多书并且通读了它们，有些书是经典书目，有些是我专业的权威书籍。

Go through本身是仔细检查和通过的意思，+books即为仔细浏览/通读

I set aside some time on cooking and indoor sports. I made some cookies and cakes, although the taste was not within my expectation, these interesting small activities made me live a balanced life.

我分出一些时间来下厨和做室内运动。我做了一些曲奇饼和小蛋糕，尽管味道不如人意，但是这些有趣的小活动让我过着有张有弛的生活。
